Australian Retail Order Shipping

Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide on all RETAIL orders OVER $150.00*

Free Shipping Orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard eParcel service. Parcel Tracking and insurance are included.

Australia Wide Shipping Options for Retail orders UNDER $150*

  • $3.30 (inc GST) Aust Post Standard Letter delivery Australia Wide for orders under 250gm in weight – Please note there is NO Insurance and NO tracking with this option
  • All Australian Retail orders have Australia Post eParcel Standard or Express options on the checkout with Insurance, “Signature required”, “Authority to Leave” options and parcel tracking.

Aust Post eParcel Standard and Parcel Express Pricing

  • The shipping price is generated when you have items in your cart and enter your address.
  • The rates are calculated by Australia post based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart and your location.
  • The rates you see include “signature required” on delivery, insurance on your goods, and tracking.
  • On the checkout you can make the shipping price cheaper by un-selecting the “signature required” delivery option and/or having Aust Post insurance on your items.
  • Option to opt-out of “signature required”
  • Option to give the Aust Post delivery courier “Authority To Leave” the parcel at your address
  • Opting out of insurance of course means your parcel is not insured. The insurance is with Australia Post just the same as when you can opt to pay more to have a parcel insured when you send it from the post office.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding National and NSW public holidays.
Orders will be dispatched the next business day.

Parcel Tracking (Excluding Aust Post Letter shipping option)

Excluding the $3.30 (inc GST) Aust Post Letter shipping option all other Australian retail orders have Australia Post eParcel Tracking. A dispatch confirmation email is sent when your order is packed. At the time of despatch, an order update email will advise you that the tracking number has been added to your order. As your parcel is processed through Australia Post you will be emailed tracking links via the Australia Post tracking system please use the link http://auspost.com.au/track

Initial delivery times are estimates and dependent on our third-party suppliers, Australia Post. They are updated during transit and can be monitored through the tracking link emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Factors outside of our control include but are not limited to weather and unforeseeable circumstances – may cause delays to expected delivery times.

International Retail Order Shipping

International Retail Orders are shipped via Australia Post. On the Cart and Checkout when you enter your location you will be presented with the Australia Post International shipping methods available and the Price.

International Pricing

The international shipping prices you see on the checkout include “signature required” on delivery, insurance, and tracking. On the checkout you can make the shipping price cheaper by un-selecting the “signature required” delivery option and/or having Aust Post insurance on your items.

Wholesale Order Shipping

Wholesale customers see the TBA (to be advised) shipping method on the Cart and Checkout. Once the order is received we will source the best value method of getting your order to you. Once we have the best quote the Shipping cost will be added to your order for payment with the invoice.
